In this moderated discussion, we will explore the question of how women have influenced the art market in their role as auctioneers. Together with Isabel Apiarius-Hanstein (Lempertz), Christiane Gräfin zu Rantzau (formerly Christie’s) and Katrin Stoll (Neumeister), apl. Prof. Dr Nadine Oberste-Hetbleck (ZADIK) will talk about the current position of women in the auction business and the developments of the last 50 years.
