As we share our final announcements for 2024, we would like to update you on a few important developments:
- Membership Fee Adjustment
Starting 1st January 2025, TIAMSA’s membership fees will increase as follows:- Regular Individual Membership: From GBP 20 to GBP 30 per year
- Concessionary Individual Membership (proof of status required): From GBP 10 to GBP 15 per year
- Institutional Membership (non-profit/public entities, with benefits for 3 individuals): From GBP 50 to GBP 75 per year
- If your membership is set to automatic renewal, it will renew at the new rate. If you do not wish to renew your membership, please cancel the automatic renewal on the TIAMSA website before your renewal date.
- CAA Conference 2025
The CAA conference will take place in New York City from 12-15 February 2025. Véronique Chagnon-Burke (Chair of TIAMSA and Co-Founder of Women Art Dealers Digital Archives) will be attending. Feel free to connect with her at veroniqueburke79@gmail.com, if you are planning to be at the conference, she will gather the TIAMSA members for a drink early evening on February 13th. As an affiliated society, TIAMSA will sponsor one session: Women Art Dealers and Collectors Promoting Non-Western Art: :The Case of Pre-Columbian Art and the Indigenous Arts of North America and our business meeting with be devoted to Exploring Methodological Approaches in Art Market Studies . - Young Scholar Programme
We encourage you to keep an eye out for our upcoming Young Scholar Programme, which will be announced in early 2025.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the events planned for 2025, particularly our annual conference in Poland, scheduled for 4-5 July.
For now, we extend our warmest wishes for the holiday season and a prosperous New Year. We will resume posting in mid-January 2025.
