Call for papers: Art in Latin America
Burlington Contemporary is a free-access, peer reviewed academic journal, which launched its first issue in May 2019:

We are currently seeking articles of between 2,000 and 5,000 words, on aspects of art made in Latin America since the 1960s, or by artists from Latin America who work internationally. Research can include practice-based research by artists, and we are particularly keen to make the most of our technical capabilities by including sound, image and documentary material.
Deadline: 1st March 2020
