The upcoming Art, Business, and Law LLM Conference: Showcasing Graduate Research on Wednesday, 30 October 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00pm (BST) will feature speakers from the 2023-24 class of Queen Mary University of London and the Institute of Art and Law’s Art, Business and Law LLM Program. It will showcase a diverse range of research topics explored by the speakers in their master’s dissertations, covering subjects such as the impact of new technologies on art authentication, the legal issues related to art secured lending, and new approaches to due diligence, cultural heritage protections and restitution.
