
TIAMSA is happy to share the link to the recording of its seventeenth book discussion: Jewish Dealers and the European Art Market, C. 1860–1940: Negotiating Cultural Modernity (Bloomsbury Publishing, 2025). Editor Silvia Davoli (Strawberry Hill House and University of Oxford) and Tom Stammers (Courtauld Institute) will discuss their new book, with Giovanni Casini (Junior Assistant Professor at the University of Turin), Elizabeth Emery (Professor of French at Montclair State University), Camille Mestdagh (Inspectrice des collections, Mobilier national and Postdoctoral Researcher, Université Lumière, Lyon 2) and Esméee Quodbach (Art historian and Provenance Researcher based in Princeton). The event was moderated by Véronique Chagnon-Burke (Chair-TIAMSA and Co- Founder of Women Art Dealers Digital Archives).
This event, which was held on 13th November 2025, was well attended and drew a lively exchange from an international audience.
