TIAMSA’s Second Session at the CAA Conference: „Drivers of Collecting Contemporary Art – A Perspective from Germany“ (Friday 12 February, 18:30-19:30 CET; in English)

TIAMSA’s second meeting at this year’s CAA conference is open to all (on registration) and free of charge. Once again we use this slot (the so-called „Business meeting“) to provide additional content, a conversation chaired by Dieter Dahlhoff (Professor at Kassel University) that reflects on the motivational structure of the collectors of contemporary art in Germany – also in Covid-19 times.

We proudly present the panellists:
Bettina Steinbrügge (Director Hamburger Kunstverein)
Katharina zu Sayn-Wittgenstein (Senior Director, Sotheby’s), and
Rik Reinking (Collector and Curator, Woods Art Institute, Wentorf)

This online meeting will be held live on 12 February, 12:30PM-1:30PM Eastern Time (US), i.e. 18:30-19:30 Central European Time. If you would like to join this meeting (free of charge), please send an e-mail to inna.schill@artmarketstudies.org (Members have received the details with our newsletter on Tuesday and are free to join without registering).
