In June 2024, France will host the largest scientific event in art history worldwide. Held only once every four years, the Congress of the Comité International d’Histoire de l’Art will take place at the Lyon Convention Center from June 23rd to 28th, 2024. An interdisciplinary and socially engaged theme has been chosen: Matter, Materiality.
The rich programme, including 93 sessions, roundtables, dialogues and masterclasses with nearly 1,000 participants from more than 70 countries will also include several sessions that are of interest in the context of art market studies – one of them co-chaired by TIAMSA Co-Chair Kim Oosterlinck:
