A reminder that TIAMSA and the German Center for Art History (DFK) in Paris will host a third book discussion (in English) today, focussing on the foundation of the Hôtel Drouot, the subject of the recently published dissertation by Lukas Fuchsgruber (TU Berlin), „Das Spektakel der Auktion. Die Gründung des Hôtel Drouot und die Entwicklung des Pariser Kunstmarkts im 19. Jahrhundert“.
